Bellingham
School District
The Bellingham School District is home to approximately 10,200 students
and is comprised of thirteen elementary schools, four middle schools,
and three high schools. The District is nationally recognized for
it's well trained and educated staff as well as the academic achievements
of it's students. Blaine
School District
The Blaine School District is home to 1,900 students and is comprised of
four schools; Blaine Primary (K-3), Blaine Elementary (Grades 3-5),
Blaine Middle School (Grades 6-8) and Blaine High school which is
home to students in grades 9-12. The District continues to excel
in making it's students contributing member of society.
Ferndale
School District
The Ferndale School District is home to 5,100 students and is the
second largest district in the county. The district has seven elementary
schools, two middle schools and one high school, with planning for
a second. The Ferndale schools district offer many opportunities
to it's students such as advanced placement classes, a wonderful
orchestra and band as well as drama and sports events.
Lynden
School District
The Lynden School District is home to approximately 2,350 full time
students and is comprised of five schools; Fisher Primary, Bernice Vossbeck Elementary Isom Intermediate, Lynden Middle School and Lynden High. Lynden is consistently recognized for it's small class sizes and exceptional staff.
Meridian
School District
The Meridian School District is very much a county school district
and is home to approximately 1,500 students. The Meridian District
is home to four schools and highly excels in providing students
with a wonderful sense of community and teacher to student relationships.
There are also wonderful programs for students with disabilities
and educational barriers.
Mount
Baker School District
The Mount Baker School District serves approximately 2,300 students
and is home to five schools, including the junior high and high
schools which were constructed on the same campus. The community
is very involved in supporting the school district and often time
the whole town will show up for school events.
Nooksack
Valley School District
The Nooksack School District is home to 1,850 students with two primary
schools, a junior and a senior high school. The District offers a
high level of curriculum and encourages their students to further
developed their educational experiences
