The Meidian neighborhod is almost all commericial, it split off from the Guide
Meridian Neighborhood in 1995 because of it's centralization
of commercial space and rapid growth. The area is full of commericial
and retail space the largest of which is the Bellis Fair Mall,
Cordata Place, The Bellingham Costco, and Meridian Place.
