Edgemoor Neighborhood

Bellingham’s Edgemoor Neighborhood is located in the Southwest corner of Bellingham and is home to some of Bellingham’s largest, best maintained homes. Many homes are stately mansions with large city lots boasting view out towards Bellingham Bay and the islands beyond.
Edgemoor is a very quiet neighborhood with stunning lawns and gardens, imaculatley maintained homes and windy foliage lined streets. It is a popular place for evening walks enjoying the tranquility and views of the area.
Located in the Edgemoor Neighborhood is Lairmont Manor, listed on the National Historic Register. It attract people from all over the area to see it’s lovely building and stunning architecture and gardens.
Elementary aged children who live in Edgemoor attend one of three elementary schools depending on location, either Larrabee, Lowell or Happy Valley. Middle School aged children attend Fairhaven Middle School, while High School students attend Sehome High School.
