Bellingham Real EstateEvery week we track the number of homes on the market that have offers on them and those that do not and create a ratio we call Pending Ratios. This weeks numbers were great with all areas either remaining stable or up in pendings.

January 21st, 2011 by Fawn | Posted in Bellingham, Random, Real Estate Questions, Real Estate Sales Statistics | 6 Comments »

Bellingham Real EstateMany homeowners are often confused on what the market value of their home maybe. Often time home owners think the value of their home is the amount of money they put into their home or how much the tax assessor says the home is worth but, that is not the case. Below list explaining what the market value of your home is and is not.

The Market Value of Your Home is NOT:

1. What you have in it.
