Simple Steps to Healthy Blood Pressure: A one hour class teaching you simple ways to manage your blood pressure.  Call LifeQuest to register at 788-6720

Grief Support Group:  Drop in sessions to help deal with loss and grief of loved ones.  Offered on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons. For more information call 733-5877

Family Caregiver Support Center:  Provides resources for family caregivers and offers support for individual care situations.  Call for more information at 788-6410

Kids Konnected:  A wonderful support group for children who are dealing with or have dealt with cancer in their family.  Offered the third Monday of each month. 788-6701
