I don’t know about you but I would much rather clean the house and do maintenance inside when the weather outside is dreary.  February is a great time to get a jump start on Spring cleaning while not missing out on wonderful weather outside.  Below are some tips to help you get ahead of the game and make sure you home is in prime shape for the coming Summer and Winter.

- Replace dirty air filters in your furnance or over range microwave.

- Clean refridgerator condenser coils to ensure proper energy use.

-Fall and Winter can bring a lot of dirt into the home be sure and clean out door tracts and window sills and lubricate any hinges or rollers that may need it.

- Check behind your washer and dryer to make sure all hoses all properly connected and there is no hiding leaks you may not have noticed.

- Check your bathtub caulking and re-caulk where you deem necessary.

Just think when Spring comes around you will be outside enjoying the fresh Spring air since you will already be ahead of the Spring cleaning game.
