Sudden Valley, located on the Southwest side of Lake Whatcom is set to see a rise in their community dues begining on July 1st. Due for Sudden Valley go to cover the up keep of the area and their many amenities which include parks, pools, a recreation center and boat launch.
According to the Bellingham Herald, “A developed lot owner, who previously paid $548 in annual dues will now pay $717. Undeveloped lot owners wil have their annual dues raised from $472 to $612.”
