With that said, one of the neighborhoods that the dart might hit would be Pacificview. This is a neighborhood on the top of Toledo Hill located generally east of Racine St, South of Lopez Court & West of Yew St.

Final plat approval for this subdivision was granted for 106 residential lots & approximately 5 acres of park / open space in November of 1992. The city council went on in April of 1996 to allow the Parks Dept to construct a path & trail system around the Pacificview Subdivision.

The Pacificview subdivision is noteworthy for a variety of reasons:  lot sizes are large, ranging in size from 10,000 to 19,000 sq ft; the building types vary from ramblers of 1700+ sq ft to 2 story homes of 4000+ sq ft; sold prices over the last 2 years in Pacificview range from a low of $379,500 for a 1732 sq ft rambler to a high of $728,000 for a 2 story home of 4200 sq ft.

If you look at the Market Report for the Pacificview Subdivision you’ll notice that over the last 2 years only 9 homes have sold. This is a neighborhood where you don’t see a lot of turnover.
