This weekend August 1st and 2nd Bellingham will play host to the Bellingham Arts Festival- La Bella Strado, an outdoor art festival on Cornwall Avenue in downtown Bellingham. Events kick off Saturday at 10am and run until 6pm with the chalk art festival and performances by the Whatcom County Youth Jazz Group and the Walrus.The festival resumes Sunday at 11am and runs until 5pm.

The BellinghamArts Festival is home to 40 outdoor artist booth showcases the works of local artists from around Bellingham and all of Whatcom County. Jewelery, paintings, photography art, and fiber arts are all available for purchase at the artist booths.

Chalk Art Festival
