Here are this weeks real estate sales statistics for Bellingham, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley, WA. The following numbers are the pending ratios (percentage of homes listed that have a pending sales contract).
Bellingham: 26% (last week 25%)
Blaine/Birch Bay: 17% (last week 20%)
Ferndale: 16% (last week 18%)
Lynden: 20% (last week 18%)
Sudden Valley: 22% (last week 23%)
