Tip of the day - Move on!
Today’s tip is for buyers - if you go to a house and you really just don’t like it when you walk in - MOVE ON!!!! It will save your time and your agents. If you walk in and have your doubts, wander through a bit more. If the doubts continue - MOVE ON! Particularly in today’s market, there is a lot to choose from so if you don’t like it, don’t waste your time with it.
