Today’s tip is for buyers – look at several homes before making an offer. When looking at homes, particularly in a new city or if you are a first time home buyer, you may walk into that first house and LOVE it! Even so, look at several other comparable homes that your agent has selected. It could be that there is something even better, but you don’t know it because you just grabbed the first one that you saw. You can always go back and see the first one again and make an offer on it. Just make sure you know what else is out there too.
