So I’m thinking about starting a new section on the blog – Tip of the day. This category will feature tips for buyers and sellers, as well as local tips for how to maximze your experience in Whatcom County – whether you are living here, thiking of moving here or just passing through.

So for our first tip, I will reference Ardell’s post on Rain City Guide about how sellers should arrange two way blinds. To sum it up – take advantage of the bottom up feature of these blinds and pull them up far enough to block out the street, yet still enjoy the view (if applicable). Also, it allows natural light to come in while still giving privacy.
