Here are the real estate sales statistics for August 19 for Whatcom County including Bellingham, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley.
The pending ratio (percentage of homes listed that are under contract) for each city is:
Bellingham: 24%
Blaine/Birch Bay: 14%
Ferndale: 17%
Lynden: 19%
Sudden Valley: 18%

I broke down the pending ratios by type of home for the Leavenworth area.
Condos 36%
Manufactured Homes 29%
Single Family Homes 20%
However if we break down the Single Family by price we get a little different number. Homes under $400,000 have a 26 % pending ratio.
