Here are the real estate sales statistics for Whatcom County including Bellingham, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley for Saturday July 29.

The pending ratios in each of the cities are as follows:
Bellingham: 25%  No change from last week.
Blaine/Birch Bay: 20% No change from last week.
Ferndale: 17% Down 1 percentage point from last week.
Lynden: 21% Up 4 percentage points from last week.
Sudden Valley: 13% Down 2 percentage points from last week.
