Here are the weekly numbers for the Whatcom County Real Estate Sales statistics for July 15, 2006. These statistics show the real estate sales trends in Bellingham, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley.

The pending ratio for each city is as follows:

Bellingham: 25%, up 1 percentage point over last week
Blaine/Birch Bay: 20% up 2 percentage point over last week
Ferndale: 18% down 3 percentage point over last week
Lynden: 17% up 1 percentage point over last week
Sudden Valley: 15% down 1 percentage point over last week
