Here are the real estate sales statistics for Whatcom County, particularly, Bellingham, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley. The following are percentages of all homes available that are under contract and their change from last week:

Bellingham: 24% - no change
Blaine/Birch Bay: 18% - up 1
Ferndale: 21% - no change
Lynden: 16% - down 1
Sudden Valley: 16% - down 5
