We work differently
We have wonderful clients! I received a call on the 4th of July from clients of Mike’s who were very interested in a property that is for sale. Mike was out enjoying the holiday, and they asked if I thought the property would still be available on Monday. I told them that I thought it probably would, but the way the market is there are obviously no guarantees, and I offered to write the offer if they wanted to do so. Their response was that they were really working with Mike and would feel bad if they wrote an offer with another agent. They are wonderful, loyal clients who want to be sure that their agent gets paid for the time and effort he has invested for them.
Fortunately, they were dealing with members of The Johnson Team, and our business is structured differently than most. In most offices every agent is an independent business unit, and while they try to support each other in most instances, it can be difficult for them to give up their time to spend time with the client of another agent. At The Johnson Team we all have a vested interest in the success of each other. What that means is that while “your agent” is going to have the best knowledge of you and your needs, any member of the team, from Fawn & Nickie our administrative staff, to Rich, Lylene, Mike or Graham, our licensed agents, will do their best to help in any way they can when “your agent” just can’t be there.
Our system means that most of time you don’t have to wait for answers to questions or solutions to problems, because if you are working with one of us, we are all working for you. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, this can mean the difference between a purchase or a miss.

It’s superbly refreshing to see a company that is not out to make money, fleece clients, and really put the goodwill of customers first.
