Sorry that I am late in posting these statistics. But here they are - the real estate sales statistics for Whatcom County, specifically Bellinghan, Blaine/Birch Bay, Ferndale, Lynden and Sudden Valley.

The pending ratios for each of the cities are as follows:
Bellingham: 24%
Blaine/Birch Bay: 17%
Ferndale: 21%
Lynden: 17%
Sudden Valley: 21%
