Here are the weekly sales statistics showing pending ratios for Whatcom County.

The pending ratios are as follows for the cities:

Bellingham: 26%
Blaine/Birch Bay: 19%
Ferndale: 18%
Lynden: 20%
Sudden Valley: 22%
