WWU is remodeling Higginson Hall, a residence hall on the north end of campus near High and Oak Streets. Dawson Construction will be working on the $6 million project over the next two summers. The renovation will include remodeling rooms, seismic upgrades, relocation of an exit, electrical system upgrades, elevator installation and a new sprinkler system.
