McKenzie Square, located next to Harris Square in Fairhaven is scheduled for completion by March 2007. The $10 million project is being built by Exxel Pacific with Troy Muljat and Andre Molnar as the developers. 15,000 square feet of commercial space will occupy the lower floor while 60 residential units take up the rest.
